Innovating sustainable Fashion, 02.12.09 / febr. 2010

The ClangBoomSteam collection will be featured in yet another contest and related exhibitions from december 2009 to february 2010. This time as part of the ‘Innovating Sustainable Fashion’ design contest. The declared purpose of this contest is to put focus on the potential in sustainable design and to emphasize on how young designers posses a great potential for growth in this field – participants are all students chosen from danish fashion design schools.

CREATEUROPE: THE FASHION DESIGN AWARD, 23.10.09

From October 21st – 24th the annual CREATEUROPE contest will take place in Berlin. Among 1100 entrants, 30 finalists – including ‘ClangBoomSteam’ – have been chosen for the final Gala Show, at the Uferhallen on the 23rd of October. From mid August and lasting for 4 weeks, there will be an exhibition in Berlin at the Galeries Lafayette, with the portfolios of the 30 finalists. There is several big prices to be won in the contest, including the Audience Award. You can already vote for your favorite designer for this award…

Cop Kreativ, 26.09.09
On the 26th of September, we will present the ClangBoomSteam collection as part of the cool event: Cop Kreativ. We will be presenting a new installation and an elaborate show/performance.
Cop Kreativ is a big event, arranged by the Danish Ministry of Culture as the kick-off for the official cultural events, in connection with the world climate summit in Copenhagen in December (Cop 15). 12 schools are participating. 25 projects all together. All concerning sustainability somehow. It is also a contest.

Afgangsudstilling, 22.08.09 – 31.08.09
